Because of the long service life our crucibles are a very economical alternative to the traditional cast-crucibles. More and more foundries are changing to take high steel crucibles.
The wall-thickness of the crucibles is by far thinner as with the traditional ones.
This lowers the costs of energy because the temperature will be passed by the wall of the crucible much quicker to the metal.
As a result the adjusted temperature will be achieved faster.
In the case of heating with oil or gas burners it will be reasonable to install smaller nozzles with the burner. As a result the exhaust fume temperatue becomes clearly lower. This saves also the costs of energy.
The high standard of manufacture of the crucibles and the used steel guarantee a long service life of the crucibles.
